The Warehouse Specialist I will be responsible for the order receiving and fulfillment process to complete and distribute a finished good. Attention to detail is critical in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work with the shipping, receiving, and storage of direct materials, maintain inventory levels and locations, complete regular cycle counts of materials and assist during monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory processes
- Learn and work in multiple inventory tracking systems, manage inventory across facility, coordinate with multiple departments
- Operate powered industrial equipment and/or forklifts
- Fulfill production work orders
- Assist with distribution process: pick, pack, label, and audit sales orders, schedule deliveries, serve as secondary driver as needed
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Preferred
- Experience in shipping/receiving/warehousing, operating powered equipment, order fulfillment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly unassisted, 70 pounds assisted
- Ability to perform various physical activities, including lifting, standing, and squatting
- Ability to wear personal protective gear during portions of the day
