The Warehouse Specialist I will be responsible for the order receiving and fulfillment process to complete and distribute a finished good. Attention to detail is critical in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work with the shipping, receiving, and storage of direct materials, maintain inventory levels and locations, complete regular cycle counts of materials and assist during monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory processes
  • Learn and work in multiple inventory tracking systems, manage inventory across facility, coordinate with multiple departments 
  • Operate powered industrial equipment and/or forklifts
  • Fulfill production work orders
  • Assist with distribution process: pick, pack, label, and audit sales orders, schedule deliveries, serve as secondary driver as needed

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment

Preferred

  • Experience in shipping/receiving/warehousing, operating powered equipment, order fulfillment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly unassisted, 70 pounds assisted
  • Ability to perform various physical activities, including lifting, standing, and squatting
  • Ability to wear personal protective gear during portions of the day
