Warehouse Manager will be responsible for oversight of compliant packaging procedure, production of cartridges, hiring staff and scheduling, inventory, compliance and compliance checks, ordering supplies and fufilling orders. The Warehouse Manager will report directly to Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Complete understanding of all current rules and regulations relating to the retail and medical production of cannabis concentrates (specifically distillate cartridges)
  • Oversee compliance regarding production of inventory, inventory packaging and storage, documentation requirements as well as keeping all systems up-to-date and certified
  • Responsible for overseeing compliant procedures are adhered to
  • Maintain proper organization and cleanliness/sterilization of the facility at all times
  • Lead and motivate a strong team to acheive goals set by upper leadership
  • Maximize warehouse productivity, while ensuring that standards of excellence are continuously met and consistently improved upon
  • Understand and enforce current rules and regulations including but not limited to staying up to date and informed on all Colorado cannabis laws
  • Writing, updating and following SOP's for warehouse operations
  • Opening and closing warehouse


  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution both in written form and in person

  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively to meet production deadlines and goals

Physical Demands:

The position requires you to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, open doors and moves continually, using repetitive motions. The position is subject to lifting objects weighing over 25 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
