Marijuana Doctor is one of Florida's leading providers of medical marijuana evaluations. Candidate should be confident in using computers and be able to use Google and Microsoft programs.Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical service for the offices. Provides exceptional service for customers. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the offices. Supervises team members and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and input into developing the budget. Must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other store locations.Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical services
Responsible for overall performance of assigned store locations
Answer operational questions and issues from team and staff
Provides input to strategic decisions that affect functional areas of responsibility and into developing budget
Keep team members accountable through KPIs
Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction
Maintain communication with other store locations
Analyze performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results
Assist in the development of new operations, procedures and policies
Assist training with new admin assistants and ongoing training
Oversees office maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
May perform daily opening and/or closing of the office including end-of-day accounting
Courteously and patiently assist patients through both the Intake and Outtake processes during scheduled doctor days.
Educate patients about medicinal cannabis and the state registration process.
Provide patients with information about CBD and sell CBD products available in the office.
Handle escalated calls regarding customer service issues/questions and resolve the customer service issues
Regularly review DOH website for state updates.
Maintain an organized filing system
Basic office cleaning and organization.
Other office duties as required.
Must have reliable transportation
RequirementsAt least 3 years business/sales, retail operations experience or customer service experience
Must possess a High School diploma/equivalent
Ability to travel 30% of the time to satellite office locations within an hour's drive of the base office
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Drive
Strong communication and analytical skills
Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
