Jane Technologies - Solutions Engineer
The Solutions Engineer at Jane will be responsible for working with partners on technical inquiries they may have about the Jane product ecosystem. Responsibilities can range from regular solutions meetings with partners building on Jane Roots, Jane's headless eCommerce APIs, to digging into specific issues partners face outside of a headless context. Over time, the Solutions Engineer will become an expert on all things Jane and will manage partner-facing solutions/sales engineering conversations. They will also work closely with Product Management and Engineering Leadership to produce rich internal and external documentation.
Culture is the single most important component of Jane’s success to date. A successful candidate will thrive in our environment of mutual support, relentless pursuit of excellence, creativity, and complete lack of ego.
