**About This Job

**The Solutions Engineer is a Dutchie expert on all fronts: knows the ins and outs of all Dutchie software features across all modules, understands and can explain Dutchie implementation, understands all integrations with other systems, and helps guide product development by serving as the voice of the customer on behalf of the Sales team. The Solutions Engineers focus on identifying and understanding the processes and challenges of our prospects and customers, and find solutions leveraging our platform where appropriate. The ultimate goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

**What You'll Do...


  • Assist regional and inside sales teams in presenting the POS, eComm, Cultivation, Manufacturing, Distribution and Payments products and platform to prospects
  • Be an expert in every product offering with complete knowledge of the technologies and the application
  • Learn to identify the prospect’s business challenges and whether to position the value of the dutchie platform and/or the partner ecosystem as a solution
  • Learn to clearly communicate gaps in product/market fit to Product Management and Product Marketing teams
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to facilitate regional training via Solutions Workshops
  • Attend trade shows and other events as a dutchie brand ambassador

**What You Bring...


  • POS knowledge required or equivalent understanding of cannabis retail operations
  • Minimum two years SaaS technology Sales/Implementation or related industry experience required
  • Experience working with and interpreting API data
  • Detail oriented and possesses strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
