ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help drive key narratives home and create meaningful engagement with the PAX brand. This role will be at the intersection of key brand activities, helping to manage our social and influencer channels as well as partnering with Trade and Comms teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong collaboration and rapport across the organization, and a passion for the cannabis space. We’re excited to build the PAX brand together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Manage the editorial calendar, content creation, and moderation across key social channels - Develop and execute on influencer programs at different levels, including seeding and events - Partner with Comms team to align brand storytelling across channels - Maintain relationships with key agencies and partners to deliver on brand goals - Work with Trade and Sales to showcase key Brand Partners and Retailers - Ensure messaging fits within legal and compliance guidelines within channels - Stay within budget and performance goals outlined internally

QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years experience at a consumer product business or agency - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Ability to work autonomously as well in a team environment - Strong collaborative nature and ability to work cross-functionally - Proficiency in social media admins as well as software tools - Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment - Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
