The Role: _

The Senior Dispatch Associate’s responsibility is to support the distribution department by assisting Delivery Specialists as they navigate product drop-offs, payment pickups, and customer service communications to retailers. Other duties include reviewing/preparing paperwork, assisting with vehicle loading and unloading, and scheduling delivery routes. This position focuses on advanced-level proficiency in using METRC which includes managing, reviewing, and editing daily.


  • Manages and reviews all outgoing and incoming METRC orders, ensuring complete accuracy with all manifests and invoices on the Nabis site.
  • Scanning and preparing METRC paperwork and occasionally training peers with METRC edits.
  • Assists with advanced-level METRC edits and communicates effectively with team members and management.
  • Updating invoices along with drivers’ documentation for deliveries when orders need adjustments.
  • Assisting with offloading/loading products prior to driver launch.
  • Routing stops for drivers while referencing the internal tracker for appointment times.
  • Print and prepare COAs, invoices, and AP Summaries for next-day deliveries.
  • Communicate with brand partners, assisting them in editing orders as necessary and then resubmitting updated and edited invoices to retailers.
  • Assisting drivers as they are at the retail shops, acting as communication liaison

between shops and brands.

  • Responding efficiently to any issues that may arise while drivers are out on the


  • Rescheduling orders as requested by brands and retail shops.
  • Confirming window times and payment pick up for next-day deliveries.
  • Scheduling routes and assisting supervisor/dispatch manager with other distribution needs.
  • Occasionally filling in to cover for delivery specialists when they call out.

Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree OR 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, stretch, twist.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screen.
  • Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts.
  • Cannabis/METRC experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on the phone and via email.
  • Basic math skills.
