We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for cannabis, science and writing to join our team as a Science Writer. In this role, you will help people improve their lives with cannabis by acting as a valuable member of our Medical Affairs team and providing scientific support to various divisions. As a Science Writer, you will…
- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to research and review biomedical cannabis scientific literature and share relevant information with the broader organization
- Research and draft summary reports and materials based on a wide range of different biomedical topics including but not limited to cannabis
- Perform various scientific writing and research activities including supporting Clinical Trial submissions by drafting documents, writing and submitting scientific manuscripts for publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and attending cannabis scientific conferences
This is the perfect role for you if you have…
- A MSc or PhD in a biomedical science (including but not limited to Biology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Oncology, Pharmacology, Physiology, Toxicology)
Bonus points if you have…
- Prior work experience as a biomedical Science Writer in the cannabis sector (either in academia or in industry)
- Previous experience in clinical data analyses and drafting documents for Clinical Research
