A 3 Step interview process is required for ALL APPLICANTS after initial phone interview.

1st step: Memorization test of 5 base questions that are asked of all clients coming into the stores. This needs to be memorized word for word and in the order presented. This will be done the day of 1st interview.

2nd step: You will be given another memorization test of 25 questions that are attributed to each of the main ailments that we deal with in store. This portion needs to be memorized word for word and in the order presented. You are given 48 hours to study for this portion.

3rd step: Video call/interview with upper leadership before you are passed on to HR.

ZAR Sales Consultants are on the frontline of the cannabis business. They offer our customers the first impression of who and what we are as a company. Our trained cannabis experts advise, assist & educate our customers to make informed choices in their selection of cannabis products. This sets our cannabis brand apart from all others.

As one of our trained cannabis consultants, you are the retail representative of our business and make the first impression on our customers from first arrival to repeated visits. ZAR Consultants inform, educate and guide our customers seeking better health and wellness goals. Cannabis Consultants are expected to be familiar with every product we offer and to continuously update their product knowledge as we update our product line with new and exciting products.

ZAR Consultants will:

· engage each prospective and repeat customer in a friendly, clean, professional and comfortable manner;

· share our knowledge of hemp derived CBD, Delta 8, Delta 9, Delta 10, HHC, THC-O, Cannabinoid Science and its wonderful benefits with our customers;

· qualify our customers by guiding them to the right products and dosages, individually;

· perform and record sales on Point of Sale system, as well as process cash and credit card transactions.

· handle customer questions or complaints. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact;

· process exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures;

· pass along information reported by customers to the Area Manager & Regional Manager;

· maintain the appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the store, products, signage and displays.

· organize product displays and back stock products;

· keep careful eye on customers to avoid thefts;

· keep track of inventory;

· enthusiastically introduce promotions and opportunities to customers, and cross-sell products to increase customer purchases;

· answer customer emails and incoming phone calls.

All consultants are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup is available, all surfaces disinfected between clients and at opening and closing.
