What We Are Looking For In This Role

At Leafly, we are always looking to strengthen our culture by adding the best talent to our team. We’re seeking a Leafly Recruiter to help us source, identify, screen, and hire talented individuals for all roles in our company.

The Leafly Recruiter should have knowledge of recruitment techniques and efforts, excellent communication skills, and act as a Leafly Brand Ambassador . The successful candidate will have a passion for the business and will source and guide qualified candidates to the end of the interview stages. You will partner with the Hiring Managers to help develop and implement the recruiting pipeline. You will be able to work collaboratively across the HR team and reinforce Leafly’s brand to attract the best and most qualified candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end full recruitment life cycle for all corporate roles including sourcing, conducting screening & managing candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing.
  • Manage candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
  • Maintaining necessary reporting and other information required to support recruiting metrics.
  • Work with our Recruitment Coordinator to schedule interviews and gather timely feedback on candidates.
  • Maintains effective communication and work relationships with the hiring manager, communicates regularly regarding recruitment status and updates.
  • Manage candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Participate in candidate debrief discussions and help interviewing teams reach the best final hiring decision.
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, candidate summary and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience with a variety of roles and placement opportunities
  • Proven success utilizing creative sourcing methods to generate candidate pipelines within aggressive timeframes
  • Familiarity with direct sourcing through job boards, social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to sourcing, candidate management, and candidate experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to help hiring managers resolve resourcing challenges
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates
  • Demonstrated strength in juggling competing priorities and moving forward in ambiguous situations
  • Experience in filling Technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers and a good understanding of technical languages in the modern tech stack would be preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency
  • Passionate about recruiting exceptional people
