The company is currently expanding to new states (Arizona and Michigan) and we're building a 130,000 sq ft state of the art facility at our corporate headquarters in Desert Hot Springs, CA. to meet the demands of the California market and setting up new territories & facilities nationwide.


Primary Responsibilities:

? Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for various non-exempt and exempt level positions

? Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

? Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs

? Develop job descriptions and standardized interview questions

? Utilize online recruitment tools and grassroots strategies to identify and source qualified candidates

? Prescreen all qualified applicants, perform initial interviews.

? Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews

? Guide applicants through the hiring process from start to finish

? Coordinate new hire onboarding process with HR

? Creation of recruitment material

? Form creative solutions to difficult staffing issues

? Monitor and apply recruiting best practices

? Participate in employee orientation and related administrative tasks

? Provide thorough recruiting updates on a regular basis to hiring managers and HR team regarding open searches, hiring statistics, and challenges.

? Establish and achieve recruitment objectives

? Other duties as assigned


? 4-year college degree or 5 + years equivalent work experience in recruitment

? Manufacturing/Distribution/Warehouse recruiting experience strongly preferred

? Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize

? Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite of products

? Cannabis recruitment experience desirable

? Ability to create and post job descriptions

? Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn recruiting tools.

? Social media/online recruiting tools experience a must
