We are looking for a detail oriented, experienced Production Supervisor / Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced Fashion and Cannabis industry. In this role, you will leverage your experience sourcing apparel products through your professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturers within the apparel industry. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of product sourcing, negotiations, garment production processes, effectively communicating with local and overseas suppliers under ethical standards. "Prove by doing" mentality that thrives on accountability and exceeding benchmarks.

This is a Full-Time position located at our Hollywood & DTLA Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

Hybrid Workplace: Requiring All employees to work from the office 3 days per week.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

  • Secure cost efficiencies through effective bottom-up approach (open cost sheets) and accurate costing benchmarking
  • Assess supplier and manufacturing performance / set benchmarks for assessing performance
  • Accurate production planning for various lines with diverse group of suppliers
  • Proactive communication and follow up for factory production capacities and timelines
  • Follow Pre-production and production stages with continuous communications with vendors
  • Communicate with merchants and designers on all potential problems related to potential, fabric, construction, and quality issues
  • Monitor and resolve all production issues to ensure quality merchandise and timely deliveries
  • Support the strategic objectives of the business by maintaining and developing an effective supplier portfolio
  • Reporting on production status and sourcing planning for future products in development
  • Travel, as necessary, to strengthen relationships, advance strategies, monitor key programs in production and to evaluate factories for capacity and execution
  • Interface with design and product development and supply chain teams to ensure cycle times from production to fulfillment is optimized


**Qualifications for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
  • 4+ years experience as a sourcing or production manager exclusively in fashion industry is a must
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in Korean is a must (will be working very closely with suppliers / vendors in Asia especially in South Korea)
  • A very well-organized professional with excellent planning skills with a high prioritization ability working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure maintaining attention to detail and accurate work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to deadlines and reporting requirements
  • Proven ability to to work effectively cross functionally and receive feedback from executive teams
  • Excellent in Excel and Powerpoint and Shopify
  • Must be willing and available to work outside business hours on occasion - during crucial product launches and supply chain/production issues
