As a Remote Outbound Sales Agent, you are on the front lines of what we do for the legal cannabis community. You work with various people on behalf of our clients as Outbound Sales Agent within the CBD industry to support their business needs. You both receive incoming inquiries and reach out by phone or email always delivering the exceptional contact center services that we are known for.

You have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and support from your team is always available. In any case, you know how to make sure that clients always know that they are in good hands and you truly care. With your professionalism and superior listening skills, you turn every interaction into a positive one. You keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with clients. You enjoy interacting with people throughout your day and feel good about providing exceptional contact center service on behalf of our valued clients!


  • Call prospective businesses to identify their needs and get their commitment to buy CBD products
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they benefit the customer
  • Answers questions about the product and the sales process
  • Use the SalesForce platform to track qualified prospects, send out Sales Agreements and required documentation, and order products
  • Follow up with customers to continue relationships and help them grow their product offering


  • 1 - 3 years of Outbound Sales Experience
  • One year minimum of customer service or call center experience
  • Understand CBD products like tinctures and creams
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Because most of our departments operate 24/7, we offer flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions. F*ull-time employees* can expect to work 37-40 hours per week. Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm in the customer's time zone. This is a work-from-home call center position.
