Duties:
Provides ongoing administrative support across all departments
Organizes office operations and procedures
Schedules and attends meetings/appointments as needed and maintains GM's calendar
Coordinates, schedules, and books staff travel arrangements & accommodations along with in-house & off-site functions and events (dinners, appointments, conferences, celebrations, etc.)
Manages office budget and maintains inventory of office supplies and orders materials as needed
Manages and receives incoming mail and packages to ensure proper delivery to departments and staff
Promptly and professionally responds to emails and all correspondence
Provides general support to staff and visitors
Identifies opportunities for office management & process improvement along with designing and implementing new systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Suite required
2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a successful office manager or administrative assistant
Strong organizational & time management skills in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask & prioritize tasks
Effective & efficient communication skills (verbal & written)
Must have extreme attention to detail
Light local travel periodically needed
