We are looking for a Cannabis Manufacturing Associate for our growing vertically integrated medical cannabis company. You will be responsible for all daily tasks in the assigned areas within our Manufacturing Facility. Manufacturing/Production associates report directly to our Manufacturing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Producing cannabis products including, prerolls, portioned concentrates, vaporizer cartridge filling, portioning cannabis flower, packaging, labeling and adherence to Maine compliance standards.
• Packaging and stickering cannabis products to ensure compliance standards and quality control is met.
• The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, general math skills, proficiency in weights and measures (standard and metric), and general knowledge of cannabis and it's extracts.
• Manicure, trim, buck flowers for quality presentation
• Always remain legally compliant and follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
• Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers.
• Approximately 80% production/manufacturing, and 20% packaging

This position includes considerable physical activity at times. The candidate must be able to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods of time and perform other functions necessary to complete production and manufacturing duties.

Skills and/or Abilities:

• Fun attitude and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality
• Ability to perform physical labor in a professional manner
• Ability to read, understand, and implement procedures contained within our training material and SOPs
• Ability to multi-task and at specific times during the season possibly maintain flexibility regarding work hours to ensure production hours are met.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• We will be requiring selected candidates to conduct a full background check and fingerprinting
• Applicants must be 21
• Local applicants preferred
• Cannabis experience helpful but not required with the right attitude to learn

Schedule:

8 hour shifts : 8-4 Monday through Friday \*scheduled regularly for 40 hours
