We are looking for an experienced web UX designer who will report to the Senior Product Manager - Digital and oversee the UI/UX needs for Curaleaf.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work along-side digital insights, product management and tech partners to drive data insights into actionable UX/conversion funnel improvements
  • Use KPIs and objective key results to create iterative, measurable UX changes to and our branded digital properties.

  • Create working UI prototypes using industry tools like Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch and Illustrator.

  • Develop, execute, and maintain proper UX pattern libraries and web standards for all digital properties. Develop cohesive, effective visual ecosystems (for each domain)

Skill, Experience & Education

  • 3-5 years in digital marketing with specific focus on web design and user experience

  • Strong customer focus and relationship orientation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey and guide concepts toward developers- for smooth execution.

  • Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges

  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Analytical mind with business acumen

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Attention to detail and mastery of information design

  • Bachelor's degree
