Cresco Labs is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Manager to join our Supply Chain team at our corporate office. The Supply Chain Analytics Manager should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Your goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing supply chain data to provide operational trend analysis and reporting. You will also work with a team of professionals to create standardized documentation and process flows that support the implementation of supply chain projects and new systems. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing supply chain data to provide operational trend analysis and reporting. Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and Tableau, the ideal candidate will be technically adept in navigating spreadsheets and data bases with large quantities of data.
You will collaborate with a team of professionals to create standardized documentation and process flows that support the implementation of supply chain systems. Areas within the Cresco Labs organization you will be supporting include warehouse management system, transportation management system, procure to pay system, ERP, and Master Data implementation.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Develop Supply Chain reporting to increase efficiency, speed of output, and integrity of data by using SAP, WMS, TMS and transforming the data into actionable insights with Tableau interactive data visualization software.
Perform root cause analysis, review trends in data, and create ad hoc supply chain reports.
Work with the Business Intelligence team develop Supply Chain KPIs, scorecards, OTIF, CFR and service reports.
Enlisting teams, implementing strategies, and measuring ROI.
Design, develop, and maintain accurate data sets to optimize results.
Prepare status reports and other ad-hoc reports and information to be distributed across the organization.
Offer process improvements to the supply chain processes and software enhancements to address any ongoing issues.
Develop and maintain supply chain system user documentation and provide on-going training to the user community.
Taking a leadership role in project teams.
Identifying risks and managing schedules.
Managing multiple projects and multiple programs.
Focusing on long-term business objectives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Role.
Demonstrated experience in CPG manufacturing, distribution, and order fulfillment.
Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros) and PowerPoint presentation skills
Tableau experience required with the ability to manage large data sets.
Solid critical thinking, analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify and evaluate assumptions and draw conclusions.
Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the Cresco Labs organization including upper management.
Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment with impeding deadlines.

Ability to handle a high pressure/high volume workload.
