About the Role

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager, Fulfillment to join our Logistics team. The integrated logistics team mission is to deliver rapid, reliable low touch frictionless flow of information and physical goods while integrating and optimizing end-to-end operations.

As Logistics Manager, Fulfillment, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of information and physical goods from suppliers to the OCS distribution center. Additionally, the logistics manager will be responsible for managing and scaling 3PL and alternative fulfillment operations while ensuring the OCS supply chain network can successfully service an expanding number of OCS items and suppliers.

About Your Day

  • Oversee 3PL fulfillment operations to support an optimal customer fulfillment experience subject to a balance cost-to-serve model
  • Maintain and manage KPIs that aim to improve fast, frictionless, and reliable low touch flow of information and physical goods
  • Lead day-to-day delivery operations and support the implementation of special projects/initiatives to improve the distribution center performance
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners such as Merchandising, Inventory Management, Internal Audit, Technology and 3PL to support the delivery experience for customers
  • Oversee the flow-through program and complete vendor performance management
  • Manage the flow of inbound including capacity management, quality oversight and the flow of new products into the distribution center
  • Support the implementation of new technology or processes at the distribution center through change requests
  • Identify, recommend, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities
  • Lead a high performing team that consistently meet or exceed expectations by assuring process compliance, appropriate training and feedback, increasing team aptitude to consistently improve processes and methodology.

About You

  • Completed Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics or related areas OR equivalent combination of experience and completed post-secondary education
  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics and/or supply chain planning
  • 3+ years of experience with change management & leading high performing teams
  • Experience in retail/CPG supply chain is preferred
  • Professional Supply chain certifications would be a strong asset. Ex. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Retail Supply Chain Certification Program (RSCC), Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent business acumen with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau is preferred
