About the Role

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager, Delivery to join our Logistics team. The integrated logistics team mission is to deliver rapid, reliable low touch frictionless flow of information and physical goods while integrating and optimizing end-to-end operations.

As Logistics Manager, Delivery, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and optimizing key processes to support end to end delivery to customer for both channels (Wholesale & eCommerce). You will use your collaborative and relationship building skills with cross functional teams as well as the Third-Party Logistics provider (3PL) on driving further insights and improving the last mile delivery customer experience.

About Your Day

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for 3PL delivery network for Wholesale and Ecommerce sales channels
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners such as Sales, Customer Service, eCommerce, Finance and 3PL to support the optimizing the delivery experience for all customers subject to a balanced cost-to-serve model
  • Develop and maintain KPI’s that aim to improve the customer delivery operations, customer experience and financial operational objectives
  • Develop reporting to manage KPI’s and providing delivery and operational insight to cross functional teams
  • Lead change management activities for delivery operational updates
  • Perform regular outbound forecasting and analysis to support DC and carrier route planning
  • Manage and optimize the master calendar delivery operations
  • Support management and financial controls of contracted and subcontracted delivery carriers
  • Support the implementation of special projects/initiatives to improve the delivery experience and financial performance
  • Identify, recommend, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities
  • Lead a high performing team that consistently meet or exceed expectations by assuring process compliance, appropriate training, and feedback, increasing team aptitude to consistently improve processes and methodology.

About You

  • Completed Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics or related areas OR equivalent combination of experience and completed post-secondary education
  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics and/or Transportation planning
  • 3+ years of experience with leading high performing teams
  • Experience in Wholesale, Retail or CPG supply chain is preferred
  • Professional Supply chain certifications would be a strong asset. Ex. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Retail Supply Chain Certification Program (RSCC), Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent business acumen with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau is preferred
