  • Provide internal training on Jira and Confluence usage, administration, and operational use and maintenance of the systems
  • Integrate services such as G Suite, Slack, Okta, JAMF, and other standard IT services via API.
  • Use iPaaS tools (Tray.io, Workato) and scripting (Python) to automate processes and design guardrails to delegate the creation of process improvements with the team.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their workflows and look for areas of opportunity to increase efficiency across the organization.
  • Partner with vendors to escalate/resolve issues, influence vendor product roadmaps, and hold vendors accountable to delivery.
  • Find opportunities and work to consolidate existing SaaS products with the IT Product team.
  • Identify opportunities for proactive monitoring and applications.
  • Leverage data and insights from workflows to define automation opportunities.
  • Develop metrics for the team on time saved with the automation created.

What You Bring...

  • Scripting experience a plus (Python, etc)
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Proven experience of identifying automation opportunities and using tools to optimize the workflows with error handling and proactive monitoring of the service.
  • Quick learner of new technologies and identify how products can be consolidated and streamlined.
  • Scrappiness to independently seek information, solve conceptual problems, and deliver incremental results.
  • You are known as someone who can get hands-on and get stuff done.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and to listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • An eagerness to thrive in an ever-evolving, fast-paced startup environment. Projects move quickly and you should derive energy from being surrounded by engaged and motivated colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders.
