The Role

The Inbound Operations Supervisor is responsible for receiving items that are handled efficiently. Their duties include handling stocks, training employees, assigning duties, developing work procedures, maintaining the receiving area clean and organized, and implementing record-keeping procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive/Intake product in Infoplus and Metrc.
  • Accurately label products and run audits.
  • Store away or relocate all products in an organized fashion.
  • Process rejections/close ASN's.
  • Oversee transfer order completion, staging, and launch.
  • Run Fulfillment on remaining LOBs after shelving and relocation.
  • Communicate with the Inbound Manager regarding any LOBs to hold off on.
  • Resolve Order Changes and partially fulfilled orders.
  • Label all inbound inventory to ensure proper stocking.
  • Follow stocking SOP to ensure proper placement and rotation of product.
  • Inspect inbound freight for any damages during shipping.
  • Manage the tasks of all inbound associates in absence of Inventory/Inbound Manager, including but not limited to.
  • Ensuring inventory is received based on set priority levels.
  • Managing the Inbound team to maintain organization and cleanliness of the receiving and overstock areas.
  • Onboarding and training new hires about the operational functions of Inbound.
  • Communicate solutions to the Customer Success Team and respond in a timely manner to team and brand representatives daily.
  • Scheduling deliveries/pick up as required.
  • Working with the Outbound Department/Dispatch Team to best manage daily labor and workload.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older in order to work in cannabis industry
  • Associates degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
  • Cannabis experience a plus
  • Clean driving record
  • Basic math skills
