We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to Join our Jeeter Team! We are expanding into other states (AZ and MI) and we are opening up a distribution facility in Mendota,CA.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as an Order Fulfillment Supervisor. As part of our fulfillment team, you will manage inventory, receive, and fulfill customer orders in an efficient manner. As a leader you will help coordinate the day-to day operation, fulfill orders, and assist other staff in their work. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels up to 60lbs. at various times throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order or warehouse fulfillment, accurate and strong data entry, leadership experience and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages & monitors CRM system to accept orders, prioritize activities, & track overall fulfilment accuracy
• Communicate with order fulfilment employees to meet business goals and address concerns and issues
• Proposes strategies to reduce cost or improve fulfillment efficiency
• Assists with interviewing and training of new employees
• Ensure assigned staff are adhering to standard operating procedures
• Oversee the intake of received finished goods and ensure they are properly put away/stored
• Performs weekly count of finished goods inventory and reconciles against ERP/CRM
• Any other duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a lead/supervisor role

• All education and related experience

• Self-driven and highly motivated with a strong attention to accuracy and details

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships cross-functionally

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel) and other general technology

• Must be 21 yrs of age or older

** Must be able to train 2 week at our headquarter facility located in Desert Hot ** Springs, CA **

Pay : $63,000 yr
