Field Marketing Expert

Sauce Extracts is looking to bring on a Cannabis Field Marketing Expert to their fast growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in cannabis, and the ability to effectively merchandise a dispensary to drive sales and brand awareness to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Merchandise product placement and display in a way that attracts customers

• Develop key relationships with store and dispensary managers.

• Track consumer data making updates to merchandising strategy as needed

• Analyze & identify growth opportunities and ad placements per dispensary

• Ensure you are up to date with current cannabis trends

• Share, inspire, and educate the budtenders about company products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail (cannabis) sales experience preferred

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent written communication and outgoing personality

• Vehicle for travel to and from dispensary locations
