JOB SUMMARY
The Creative Operations Manager will support Cresco Labs' in-house creative team (The HotBox), leading and overseeing the day-to-day requirements needed to complete tasks for all creative, design and production projects company wide. This role requires experience with, and understanding of, marketing and advertising needs, client management, deliverables, timelines, and creative project management from brief to completion. The HotBox and this role by extension oversee all B2B and B2C creative, design, and production work across multiple channels including digital, print, social, ecommerce, in-store, loyalty and more.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Supervise the Creative Project Operations team including multiple project management roles.
Partner with the Creative Director and Associate Director of Design to develop the HotBox's strategies and plans to fulfill SOW.
Develop schedules, workflow, and priority plans for marketing projects across all brands and channels.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects, workflows, and timelines with various stakeholders.
Develop project and brand strategies to lead a project from conception to final execution.
Manage and meet deadlines and project budgets.
Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow.
Ability to understand long term goals of the business while executing on short term deliverables
Ability to prioritize creative resources and requests from multiple stake holders and resolve roadblocks for the team.
Develop and maintain relationships and serve as point of contact and liaison between stakeholders with creative or design work for the HotBox.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of hands-on experience within an in-house marketing or creative agency team.
Experience working closely with local and remote teams (brand, creative, content and production agencies, etc.) and clients to ensure projects deliverables, goals and needs are met on time and on budget.
Experience developing and maintaining project and resource scopes, schedules/timelines, deliverables lists, status reports, and meeting reports.
Natural leader and collaborator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work on a wide range of projects.
Good negotiation skills with peers and production partners.
Self-starter. Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to dive in on day 1.
Experience using project management tools a plus.
