ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Creative Director to help us build and support solutions for how the PAX brand is expressed holistically. This role will partner with all facets of Marketing as well as Product and Comms to deliver outstanding, creative solutions for all moments of the consumer journey. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who can take the inputs of key stakeholders and translate it into branded touchpoints that facilitate interactions that strengthen our brand equity and enterprise value.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Lead visual and verbal thinking across the holistic PAX brand experience - Champion design and copy systems that elicit meaningful interact from key customer archetypes - Translate briefs into creative assets across all major marketing and sales channels - Manage projects and productions within a broader creative budget to hit delivery goals - Evolve PAX’s visual and verbal identity to keep brand fresh, interesting, and inspiring - Partner with Marketing leaders to manage and iterate on the Brand Book as a living document - Be a source of inspiration within the organization, sharing key trends and best practices - Mentor and develop the careers of more junior members on the team - Manage key agency and freelancer relationships to deliver on brand goals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - 10+ years of experience, with corresponding portfolio work across a wide variety of disciplines - Strong attention to detail and high standards for both process and output - Excellent verbal & written communication skills at different levels of the organization - Ability to work autonomously as well in a team environment - Strong collaborative nature and ability to work cross-functionally - Effective organization skills, especially with regard to file management - Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment - Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, G Suite, as well as tools like Figma / Sketch - Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
