Overview
As a Weedmaps Recruiter, you will own and recruit for multiple positions across various business units with a focus on Sales recruiting. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, incredibly organization, loves tackling projects, and wants to grow with our team. You will be responsible for partnering with individual managers to ensure delivery of all recruiting aspects based on data. You are responsible for carrying various roles on your respective teams and manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a unique and positive candidate experience. This includes delivering feedback to candidates and managers, interview preparation, pre-closure, salary negotiation, and closure.

The Impact You'll Make
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, occasional scheduling to closure
- Run weekly meetings with the Senior Recruiter/Manager and hiring teams to review pipeline, tackle roadblocks, and pull data to ensure an efficient hiring process
- Provide a positive candidate experience every step of the way
- Have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being able to think proactively
- Interview preparation for candidates and hiring team
- Collect, analyze, and ultimately deliver feedback and action items to improve the overall hiring process at Weedmaps
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Succinct and timely feedback to all candidates in interview process
- Manage Greenhouse to ensure that all data is clean, candidates are in the right stage, and communicated the appropriate information for each step
- Honest and transparent feedback to all candidates in the hiring process

What You've Accomplished
- 3+ years of Sales recruiting experience
- Enjoys navigating a high volume recruiting environment
- Team player attitude who loves to learn, grow, and teach
- Ability to conduct boolean searches and creative ways to find passive candidates
- Have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being able to think proactively
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Ability to build relationships with various personalities and departments
- Interpersonal skills and be able to work with others as a team.
- Strong knowledge and experience with industry Applicant Tracking System
