Headquartered near Palm Springs, CA the company continues to experience exponential month over month growth as one of the fastest growing companies in the cannabis industry and we have begun our aggressive national expansion to all the legalized cannabis states in the USA. The company is currently expanding to new states (Arizona and Michigan) and we're building a 130,000 sq ft state of the art facility at our corporate headquarters in Desert Hot Springs, CA. to meet the demands of the California market and setting up new territories & facilities nationwide.
We are looking for a high-performance individual that is capable of consistently executing company hiring objectives recruiting for multiple disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions as assigned
- Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Well versed in recruiting entry level positions as well as Director level roles
- Create job descriptions and standardized interview questions
- Utilize online recruitment tools, networking to source qualified candidates
- Prescreen all qualified applicants, perform initial interviews
- Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews
- Guide applicants through the hiring process
- Manage pre-hire process
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process with HR
- Recommend creative solutions to staffing issues
- Coordinate or conduct New Hire Orientation
- Provide thorough recruiting updates on a regular basis to Talent Acquisition Manager regarding open searches, hiring statistics, and challenges
Other duties as assigned
4-year college degree a plus or 5 + years equivalent recruiting work experience
Must be able to recruit passive candidates
Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience writing job descriptions a plus
Experience creating offer letters
Able to research and propose salary ranges
Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn recruiting tools
Experience with social media/online recruiting tools
Salary and closing negotiations
