Company Overview VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Cannabis Cultivation Post Harvest Team Members for its continually growing team at our facility located in St. Louis, MO.

VIBE has been operating since January 2022 and we are quickly expanding the size of our team. We are looking for high character, highly motivated people that love taking care of plants! Position Summary/Objective

The Post Harvest Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the facility to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.

This role involves drying, curing and trimming plants as well as weighing, packaging and labeling products to prepare them for sale and transport to dispensaries.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

Responsible for helping the Company meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.

Duties included, but are not limited to

Drying plants,

Hand trimming plants, Machine trimming plants,

Weighing plants,

Sorting buds,

Maintaining cure tubes,

Packaging flower,

Labeling packaged goods,

Preparing packaged goods for sale / distribution to our customers

Cleaning all equipment

Cleaning all work areas; including moping and sweeping floors

Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.

Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the job process.

Maintain best agricultural practices.

Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.

Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)

High School Diploma

Able to work in loud areas.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Capable of working in dark or bright environments.

Able to work in low oxygen areas.

Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.

Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.

At least 21 years of age

Willing to participate in an extensive background check.

Driver's license and reliable transportation

Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

What Will Make You Special (Things you do not need but will help you stand out!)

Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.

Knowledge of the cannabis plant.

Experience working with plants or other commodity crops.
