We're looking for an outgoing, friendly, compassionate Budtender to join our team at Green Culture, a local medical marijuana dispensary with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling cannabis, knowledge of the products and wonderful customer service skills. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively. The right candidates will have experience with sales/retail/cash handling, and are committed to the highest level of customer service and cleanliness for the comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly when they enter

• Check in customers and verify the proper ID and or documentation

• Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) to update patient profiles, ring up sales, and check inventories or prices

• Correct cash handling and discount application

• Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment.

• Be compliant with established policies and procedures

• Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products - be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different types of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis

• Maintain product knowledge and actively know what is going on in the market

• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products

• Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required

• Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked

• Informing the manager of customer complaints and or operational issues

• Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
