Leafly is currently seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to work in our Marketing department.

What We Are Looking For In This Role

The B2B Marketing Manager works on building and executing strategic marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing our customer base of retailers and brands within the cannabis industry. Driven by creativity and empathy, you are skilled at personalizing messaging to resonate with an audience, and follow up by measuring that impact with data. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can test and iterate continuously, and run with competing priorities while maintaining goal-oriented focus. We’re looking for an individual who is a fast learner and can work autonomously, while also building strong connective tissue with other team members:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with our sales and product teams.
- Create and maintain analytics and reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Conducting market research to analyze competitive landscape, inform go-to-market strategies, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Develop sales materials, conduct client case studies, and support client-facing teams to be most effective in their touchpoints with cannabis brands and retailers.
- Maintain keen attention to detail regarding brand standards, grammar, and punctuation as they pertain to individual channels.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years relevant marketing and/or project/program management experience, ideally in B2B tech, or cannabis.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot or Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Testing mindset: comfortable collecting, reading, and analyzing data. Research-oriented and adept at factual reporting while providing hypothesis, insights, and recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including project management and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn/scale knowledge quickly in order to gain perspective within a complex industry, providing channel or market subject matter expertise during campaign planning.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle various responsibilities at once.
- Knowledgeable about Leafly and general interest in cannabis industry and legalization.
