Overview:
As an Associate Technical Writer/Designer at Weedmaps, you have a passion for writing technical and educational content. You will be responsible for all front end Support Center FAQs as well as back end Knowledgebase articles. 

Utilizing Weedmaps internal tools as well as Salesforce Knowledge Base, you will build and execute a robust and efficient process for the end to end management of customer facing and internal facing content, including but not limited to technical enhancements, education content, content for onboarding new clients, end-user FAQs, and additional scope as assigned. You will be responsible for gathering the information from subject matter experts, following appropriate approval workflows, publishing and auditing content. You will partner with IT, training, legal, compliance, product, sales and customer support to ensure internal alignment. In addition, you will be responsible for the design and development of client/customer facing content as well as internal training for SaaS product utilization.

The impact you'll make:
- Writing technical and educational content for B2C and B2B in our Brand tone.
- Write and Design all content; customer/client facing as well as internal 
- Execution of monthly audit of content to ensure only relevant content is published
- Develop and maintain workflows for sign off and audit of all content 
- Program Management of all content
- Design and development of training content
- Maintenance of training content as well as support center/knowledgebase content
- Follow all standard operating procedures
- Additional duties as assigned

What you've accomplished:
- 4+ years of experience in customer service supporting B2B clients, Account Management experience a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical aptitude with SaaS products with the ability to write technical content in a simple and comprehensive manner
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Program/Project Management experience
- Experience with graphics and instructional design 
- Experience with eLearning tools
- Efficient organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 
- Capable of quickly adapting to new responsibilities and meeting new expectations in a rapidly growing company and industry
- Ability to work independently with systematic troubleshooting techniques, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce 
- Experience with JIRA
