What we are looking for in this role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for expanding average revenue per account for existing retail customers. You’ll do this through upsells, upgrades, store expansions and renewals. You’ll collaborate with AE’s (new business), CSM’s (product adoption/retention), and Support to drive gross and net revenue retention.

Responsibilities: 
- Responsible for managing expansion opportunities for existing retail customers in select territories
- Leverage inventory reporting to identify and create qualified leads
- Effectively manage pipeline to ensure leads are being progressed at the right pace
- Pitch upsells to existing retail customers (dispensaries and delivery services) 
- Secure renewals termed agreement customers
- Pitch upgrades to Standard customers and secure price increases for select customers 
- Collaborate with Account Executives to secure retail store expansions (new stores)
- Collaborate with CSM’s to monitor and manage customer relationships; helping to ensure customers adopt products and drive traffic and orders
- Be thorough and detail-oriented with all record keeping in Salesforce
- Travel up to 25% regional travel may be required

Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree with a focus on Business Management or Sales or equivalent experience. 
- 3+ years' experience in a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Account Executive-type position
- Experience with call and meeting KPI’s 
- Experience with larger book sizes preferred (100 accounts+)
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is preferred.
- Travel up to 25% may be required
