Our Account Executives don't just sell our products and services, they build relationships that strengthen the legal cannabis industry. Our Account Executives offer customized solutions to individual clients, taking the time to learn from each client how to best remove pain points and spur growth. We approach each client as a partner. We believe that in our industry, we do this together or not at all. 

about you

  • Committed to the growth of legal cannabis across the U.S. and beyond!
  • Prior experience in a sales position (SaaS preferred)
  • Familiarity with the challenges of the cannabis business environment in the U.S. 
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new and changing information
  • Empathy and the ability to build effective relationships with people of all different backgrounds
  • Demonstrated commitment to achievement of challenging goals
  • Proficient with both Mac and Windows operating systems and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills

about the job

  • Generate leads, qualify, develop, and win new business by utilizing solution-based selling
  • Deliver effective, compelling sales presentations (demos) to prospective clients.
  • Understand canna-businesses needs, provide technical information and explanations, and respond to objections.
  • Manage a full sales cycle pipeline (cold calling through to onboarding).
  • Research new markets to identify new sales opportunities and sales challenges.
  • Understand the general regulatory concerns in the cannabis industry and stay current on industry trends.
  • Develop and keep current knowledge of all company software products and operational services.
  • Record and maintain detailed prospective client information and feedback in the appropriate software.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and department sales goals as set by the Director of Sales & Client Services.
